‘Creativity has many faces, and so do we,’ is a quote that is highly appropriate for Art Kristeven, since the name is an acronym for a book-writing group composed of three people: Krist Pauwel, Krist Dieltiens and Steven Pauwels. It concerns three Belgian based experts in communications and psycho-energetics who believe that real creativity and innovation can only be generated in the future by the combined strength of groups of people. By writing this book, they personify this theory.
Owning a consulting and communication agency in Belgium, they found that there was more to communication than merely creating enterprising and exciting campaigns. They started to create their own vision of the development of creativity. This resulted in universal, innovative models through which they identify how organisations, businesses, brands, and any other structures where people work together, need to operate to awaken their own full potential and that of the groups with which they work. The Economic Revolution brings together these groundbreaking insights in a clear and pragmatic way. ‘But this book is in no way an end point,’ says Kristeven. ‘Every step in a human’s life is a combination of all the preceding ones and the beginning of the next. In the same way, this book sparks the impulse for everyone to continuously broaden their insights.’
Besides The Economic Revolution, Kristeven also authored the novel ‘The Silence of the Sword’ in 2009, in which he reveals his vision of man, the economy and society in a less pedagogical way to a wide readership.
